Application for Enrolment forms can be downloaded below, as well as some other important information to assist with your enrolment. If you are unable to access these, hard copies may be requested from the office by phoning 08 9795 0200. To be considered for enrolment, these must be returned with proof of address, and an original birth certificate.

Completed application for enrolment forms may be emailed to Picton.PS@education.wa.edu.au or dropped into the school office. Once applications have been assessed, further correspondence and an enrolment package will be made available, where your child’s Immunisation History Statement will also be required.

“No Jab No Play” 

Western Australia now has Immunisation laws that will help protect our children and the community from vaccine-preventable diseases. It is a requirement for all Kindergarten enrolments, that an Immunisation History Statement is provided, showing your child is up to date. The Statement must be no more than two months old.
